In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder, lime zest, lime juice and salt. Add chicken and toss with the dressing until well coated. Add more mayonnaise to taste, if desired. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

1 cup water
1 cup rice vinegar
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons fresh ginger root, minced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced

2 teaspoons cornstarch
Pour water and vinegar into a saucepan, and bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in sugar, ginger, garlic, chile pepper, and ketchup; simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in cornstarch. Remove saucepan from stove to cool. Then transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until needed.

This tangy fruit salad is perfect with turkey or ham, and has very delicious taste.
1 (12 ounce) package fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juice
2 cups white sugar
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups miniature marshmallows
In a large bowl, stir together the cranberries, pineapple (with juice) and sugar. Let stand for about an hour, to let sugar dissolve, and then pour the mixture into a strainer over a bowl. Let drain, covered, in the refrigerator for at least two hours, or overnight. (Note: The drippings make a wonderful cranberry punch, when mixed with lemon-lime soda!)
Before serving, whip the cream until soft peaks form. (You can sweeten the whipped cream with a little sugar, if desired.) In a large bowl, mix together the cranberry mixture, walnuts and marshmallows. Fold in the whipped cream and store in refrigerator until serving.

1 (8 ounce) package silken tofu, diced

In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine dashi granules and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, and whisk in the miso paste. Stir in tofu. Separate the layers of the green onions, and add them to the soup. Simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

2 pounds ground beef
4 (14.5 ounce) cans kidney beans
4 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 (12 fluid ounce) bottle beer
1 (12 ounce) bottle tomato-based chili sauce
1 large white onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chili seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Place the ground beef in a large pot and cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain off the excess fat.
Mix in the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, beer, chili sauce, onion, garlic, chili seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, onion, cayenne pepper, oregano, sugar, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

6 black tea bags
1/2 cup white sugar
1 gallon boiling water
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
Place the tea bags and sugar into a 1 gallon glass jar. Fill with boiling water. Let steep for 2 hours at room temperature. Remove and discard tea bags. Stir in lemonade concentrate. Refrigerate until cool.

A simple but elegant way to make breakfast fast. Sweet and delicious.
1 (1 pound) loaf cinnamon raisin bread, cubed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, diced
1 cup diced peeled apples
2 1/2 cups half-and-half cream
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup maple syrup
Coat a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange 1/2 of the cubed raisin bread in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle the cream cheese evenly over the bread, and top with the apples. If you like extra raisins, add them now. Top with remaining bread.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, butter, and maple syrup. Pour over the bread mixture. Cover with plastic wrap, and press down so that all bread pieces are soaked. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
